Die Wohnbautr\u00e4ger beschweren sich dann oft \u00fcber hohe eine Fluktuation der MieterInnen, Mietausf\u00e4lle und Leerst\u00e4nde, sowie Vandalismus. Die Siedlung in der Paradeisgasse in Judenburg in der Obersteiermark wurde 1988 generalsaniert, durch zwei Geb\u00e4ude erweitert und befindet sich auch heute in einem guten Zustand. Der schlechte Ruf, der schon vor der Sanierung bestand, konnte nicht wesentlich verbessert werden und widerspricht somit der tats\u00e4chlich m\u00f6glichen Lebensqualit\u00e4t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
