Film 2: „Das Gewächshaus“ von Eva Kretzschmar, 2.33min

Starting point is an abandoned greenhouse located on the outskirts of Vienna. It is still surrounded by fields, which are soon to be replaced by residential development. The urban planning approach to this very special part of Vienna, which is also equipped with the most fertile soil in Austria, gives rise to the feeling that what is already there is not being noticed, despite all the commitment towards participation. The greenhouse itself is to be demolished and replaced with a school campus. The idea now is to integrate the greenhouse into the school campus as a learning and local community space.
